Today is a day of being thankful. Thankful to spend the day eating a wonderful Thanksgiving meal cooked by our cafeteria staff with our family from home and our school family. We also say thank you to the men and women who have served in our U.S. Armed Forces with our Veterans Day celebration and parade. What a wonderful day. Thank you to all of the parents, grandparents, and family members who made it so special! We are also thankful for parent volunteers like Kennedy Thompson's father who read us a Thanksgiving story today. He not only read to us, but to many other classes in our school! What a great way to end our week!
My name is Kristina Thompson, and this will be my 11th year teaching! I have taught Pre-Kindergarten for 6 years in Chester County, and this will be my 5th year teaching Kindergarten at Old Pointe Elementary with Mrs. Dawson. I am so excited to spend the next 180 days with your children! Here we go!
