We had our Math and Literacy Egg Hunt today! Thank you to all the parents who sent in plastic eggs, egg cartons, and candy. We also want to say how much we appreciate the parents who volunteered during the egg hunt! We could not do these kinds of activities without all of your help and support!
The egg hunt was a lot of fun for the students! Each child had his/her own personalized "egg map" that helped him/her find certain eggs. The eggs had things written on them including names, sight words, numbers, shapes, birthdays, and letters. The first step of the hunt involved sorting all eggs by color. Students then received their maps and had to find their specific eggs! These kids are always thinking and problem solving! What a fun way to start spring break! Check out the pictures below to see how much fun we had!
