Today we learned what it means to take "inventory" of something. We got our own inventory bags, counted what was inside, and then we had to show what was in in the bag on our paper! We drew pictures, used different colors, wrote numbers, and wrote words to record our information! We also played a game called Build It using the ten frame sheets and red circle counters to "build" different numbers. Math workshop was a lot of fun today!
We have been learning about the differences between the four seasons! We went out this afternoon to observe some of the changes that happen with the season of fall, and the students collected different colored leaves. They all have a bag of leaves in their backpack! Look through them together and talk about what you notice. Julia Mae is our Terrific Kid for September! She is a great student and a wonderful friend! Way to go Julia Mae! We had Waffle House Spirit Night earlier this week! We had so much fun eating waffles and supporting our school! Thank you for helping out! |
